Penelope

I lost my car keys on Easter, then today I found them in my jacket pocket. That was annoying...
Anyone still look here? Or is Facebook the world now?

RRLRLL...remember to roll your r's...

Quebec Autoroute 73

Back from the dead, no doubt! I'm not certain a soul will notice, what with facebook and all. But now that I've got my precious internet back, let's have another go! We start with a picture and an entirely unrelated story:

Ok, so nevermind on the picture, it's not on my laptop. Drat!

And the story of my truck!
My now wife and sister-in-law and I were riding in said contraption, when the little voice in back declared that my truck was hard to name since it was so "general" neutral, to which I responded and corrected that the term is "gender," but due to the unforeseen turn of the tongue, so shall my truck be named!

I think that shalt be all for now, a toe in the water if one will.

Food time. Yes.

Pandiculation

Check the title link, it's the word of the day! (Until I post again!)
Hope everyone is doing well. Summer is nigh (though it feels as though it has already arrived) and the outdoors is calling.

Yup.

Hi-ho, hi-ho, off to hike we go!

Out the side

This past Sunday, Lyd and I went for a short little hike to celebrate Earth Day (woo, round!).
I wanted to go out on I-90 to Otter Falls/Lipsy Lake, but that was about 8.5 miles round trip (which half of us didn't feel up to making). So instead, a Danskin told us of a place out yonder in Goldbar called Wallace Falls, which was a hike of varying distances, we chose to take the middle road (the high road was a bit farther...).
The hike had some nice trees, and the middle falls had an excellent view of a tall fall (lower falls didn't have a very good view, so go the extra quarter mile!).

Sorry this post was open-ended, I got cut off posting (and didn't know it had posted!) before I was done. So there you have it.

The Truck

I thought that since my truck was finally named, and I finally took a picture of it, I would post!

Due to a misuse of grammar, my truck has been dubbed General Neutral (or Newt for short). I suppose if enough people would like to hear how that came about, I could share.

This picture is actually when I was at work on Camano Island replacing some batteries on a Harley Davidson golf cart.

So now everyone can see and read!

Five star!

I'm a golf car mechanic.
Need help with one?

Well Super...

So I had my whole post written out, and then blogger misinterpreted a left arrow in my text as HTML and erased half of it.

I'm good, my truck is dirty, the library summons some obnoxious people to itself, camping this weekend.

That's my summary.
