Guess who's back. Back again. Guess who's back, guess who's back, guess who's back...
Most of you probably have no clue what song that's from (nor should you), but the correct answer is:
ME!
I got a nice, full night of rest; didn't wake up much in the night; my dreams had sound; my coughs have phlegm! I turned 100% around since I slept. I feel great! Not 110%, as I do have a mild cough (but it's juicy!), but I for sure feel at least 100%.
Just this morning I was thinking to myself, and I realized that sickness like this is completely unbiblical! Seriously! I rested for six days, then on the seventh day worked. What is that? Totally wrong, no good. So, I don't much plan on falling into another bout with whatever that was (and I should hope none of my compadres do either).
Welp, time for me to get some grub and shave!
...And Moses he knowses his toeses aren't roses
As Moses supposes his toeses to be.

Stardate, March 30.
Day six of sickness (if you count Friday, which is when I started having a sore throat and cough). Fever is good and gone, head is stuffy, infrequent coughs. I slept horribly last night, after the first five or six hours, I woke up every half hour to an hour.
I hope everyone else is doing better than me, because this is no fun (all of you out there have to make up for the fun I'm missing :D).

Deuces Wild.
So, I feel like crap. Anyone want to join the club? My fever has been a bit better, down to 99.2 this afternoon, TBA right now as I'm taking it (99.1). My cough still heaves horribly, quite uncomfortable. What's worse is that nothing happens, it's just an abrasive, dry cough. Nothing to cough up, no phlegm, nothing! I'm just heaving and hoing for no good reason.
Anyways, I just hooked myself up with the NyQuil LiquiCaps, so I'll be taking the early train to Sleeptown tonight (which will hopefully last through morning, at which point I will be heading down to Evergreen College in Olympia for a tour or something that my mom signed me up for last week).
Welp kids, time to knock back some NyQs.
I'll take two and call you in the morning.

One Fish, Two Fish. Red Fish, Blue Fish.
Last night I thought of this title, but I really just didn't have much to post. So, I figured I would save it until I did, and look at me now!
Work was quite a thrashing on my body today (externally and internally). We were sanding all the walls for final prep before paint, so I was working in a dust cloud all day, breathing in airborne mud! As a result, I've got a bit of a bronchitus in me, the moisture in my nose made the mud stick there (so my nostril hairs were all coated in white, and I had mud colored snot). As for the rest, I had to scrape all the dust piles away from the walls so the painters could mask so as not to get the floor with paint. This was quite fun [/sarcasm]. My back took a beating being bent in one way or another (I was either on a knee, on two knees, or my knees were sore and I just stood up and bent in half). My knees didn't really get that bad. My right wrist is a bit worse than before, hope it's something that will heal. My legs and arms are still feeling the burn, though I can tell with those ones that it's positive pain, and I'm actually getting stronger from it (lifting, toating, heaving, hoing).
That's that. I need to take a shower, I'm quite the dirty fellow.

Loose anchor the SS Fatburger! This was my valiantly time consuming effort to make the day of a ne'er do well Fatburger employee (most of them are nice from what I've seen, so I wanted to make someone happy). I wrote out this happy business, then set my tray on the front of the table. The bus lady comes by, swipes my dish, and doesn't even give a Pete in the world about it! Lame. But, this won't thwart future attempts to make days. "Commandeer, it's a nautical term"

Work Hard for the Money...
Update for those who have been wondering.
Work has been going well so far. I'm an Apprentice Taper. For those who don't know what that entails, I basically get messy and make walls look nice. Studs get put up, sheetrock gets hung, then we go to town. To my knowledge thus far, we're the last defense before paint. So it's cool, because we get to put on the final touches before paint; so when it's all done, we can see how we did still (Scott was telling me today that the job done on the new theater at Alderwood is the best).
Anyways, lots of foul mouths, but some are actually pretty nice people. There are a few very angry folks, but mostly they're all just intimidating when I first meet them and start working with them, but then I get over my first impression and they're usually pretty nice and sometimes encouraging to me.
Welp, I'm sore as all get out, my neck is kinked in half, and my right wrist (I do everything with my right hand pretty much) is messed. Such is the life of a working man...
Sling that mud!

Ressurected post!
Tonight I have for you my favorite game. The best game, most fun, greatest sport ever. Ultimate frisbee! If you're in the Greater Northwest area, check out DiscNW, they have all sorts of info on Ultimate, both the game and playing up here.
Dag yo, I so badly need to get back to playing. I miss it so much (especially playing with my Scots).
Phrisbee dya naroda!

Tina, you fat lard. Come get your dinner!
It would be nice if you could pull me into town.
You think anyone wants a roundhouse kick to the face when I'm wearin these bad boys? Forget about it!
Let me borrow your bike. Gimme some chips.

The Word Became Flesh.
Quotes from John.
"Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent."
- John 17:3
"Again Jesus said, 'Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.' And with that he breathed on them and said, 'Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.'"
- John 20:21-23

Swing! And I Miss!
Well, I was just about to leave, but my mom asked me to walk the dogs real quick before I did. So, me being the good kid that I am, I did so. As I was standing out there, the feeling of the rain on my head brought out an album of memories that I frequently miss. Those namely being the good ol' days with my shortest.
So I ended up shaving my head (not all the way, just the shortness I always do) so I can now go out in the rain and feel it's soft, memorable pulse on my cranial cavity, and continue to miss.
M- Seriously, when's the rain dance? Can you come home for a long time? Maybe I'll just go stay in Pbo that way the whole complication of us being on the same side is removed. (L)

Gunner Palace.
As inspired by my good man Russ, I figured I would give my two cents from my most recent venture to the theatre.
Gunner Palace, a documentary filmed last year in Iraq, is a brilliant, informative, humorous, and above all, real. Really, it's the perfect sort of thing for me to see. I'm mostly uninformed about politics and the like, but this was a great way for me to see what's happening across seas. I hate politics. The lies, the flip-flopping, everything about it. However, I don't like the iron curtain that people who decide what the public do and don't need to know hides what those who are actually going through are, well, going through! Politicos suck.
Anyways, that was a bit of a side note. So, this movie shows the war from the perspective of actual soldiers. Their daily rounds and common happenings. It lets you see what those who are carrying out orders feel about all that goes on around them. You see the personalities that are fighting this war.
I'm not any sort of high degree of patriotic, so I'm quite apathetic on voting (any vote is basically the lesser of two evils for me). One thing that had crossed my mind was to let those that actually get things done do the voting. What the frick do average citizens have to say? Opinions? Pet peeves? Soldiers are the ones fighting, dying and, at times, being psychologically or physically ruined. They are the only ones I see who actually put up (so the rest of us should shut up). I wouldn't voluntarily sign up for the military or anything, but I would go to war if necessary. Tangented...
Great movie, most - if not all - of the soundtrack is music as performed by one of the soldiers in Gunner (who is also quite funny).
So go check it out. If you're like me, it rocks. If you have some sort of strict politial view, I don't care, make your own opinion of it.

In, Not Of.
Seriously dude, this is probably one of the hardest things to take to heart and live. It contradicts almost everything the world expects of people.
Next rant.
What feels like perhaps the biggest struggle, temptation and torment, is in my life. Let me tell you, this sucks. I refuse to give in without God's authority. Perhaps this is just a test. Really, if I look at the big picture, this is just a way of strengthening my faith. However, I remain stubborn in the face of every inner incling to cave. I'll most likely turn out better for it in the end, one way or the other, but for now it's just painful.
Such is life...

Cool Expo! II
Here we have a continuation of a theme.
I'm no English major (I feel nauseous), so I don't know what you'd call that kind of thing.
Anyway, here are more cool people. They're my friends.
Begin!
