Shift and Puzzle

Yesterday I finished The Silver Chair and started The Last Battle. I'm only just yet a couple chapters in. That Shift is so cruel, and poor Puzzle is so abused. I do hope Aslan saves the day, or at least Tirian and Jewel do something about it all.

Today there is no independent post, as I'm sure you all don't want to get excited over seeing a new post, and all it saying is Uno.
Because, we of course all know that one is the loneliest number that there ever was. Two? Almost as lonely as one, but the loneliest number is the number one. And with that in mind, I couldn't with a right conscience leave One out on it's own in this cold white background of mine and no company to keep. So here he is, bundled up with his friend Update, present and accounted for :).

Blast it all. I had composed this post down to this point, then some key got jarred on my computer and I lost everything I said. I've pretty well recreated everything I said up to this point, but I've quite forgotten what was to come next! I suppose next is health? I'm doing pretty well off (for being sick anyway). It quite stinks though, I don't feel sick, my throat isn't any sort of noticably sore, my head is a little stuffy, but that's it. But, I still have this rambunctious cough! I usually get away with being ok, but every now and then I get a hardy fit of it. Last night on the way to bed (at 9:30, got up at 7:30) I acquired some of Danny's Robatussin, which I think has helped so far. I slept really well, woke up not drowsy, and haven't been coughing too much yet today. It does usually get worse as the day goes on, however. We'll see how I do.
Oh, yes! There's a choir group staying here this weekend, and at every meal instead of praying, they sing a blessing with parts and all! It is Oh so good to hear such a nice sounding choir again. I do miss it. Well, I miss good choirs, anyway. Perhaps I'll have to look around for some sort of choral event to whisk to. Or maybe a symphony...
Well then! That's enough post, time for me to get searching on chorals and symphonics in my area!
